It also asserts in a couple ways that Steele was actually a close ally of the FBI and that the FBI (as a proxy of the Clinton campaign) paid for the Dossier. Basically the FISA renewal only happened because the FBI was manipulating the facts as they presented them, and their subsequent arrest of Carter Paige is an abuse of power. The information that they collected to convict him of being an agent for a foreign power was acquired illegally. The above is all bullshit. If you've been following the story of Carter Paige's arrest, you'll know the timeline the memo suggests is completely nonsensical. And really, that's just the beginning.
