Current Events > I've caught two teachers stealing at school yesterday and today

The kids get to eat for free, all of them, but of course some of them bring in a lunch from home. Yesterday I saw one of the kids that had a sack lunch from home come through my line to get her lunch and then gave it to a teacher, so she didn't have to pay, which all staff have to do if they get our lunch. I didn't really know what to say because it took me off guard, but I found out she was a sub.

I bring it up with one of the custodians and he said he's seen her brother, another teacher, do that as well. Gets a kid to get him free lunch. And then today, I saw him do it as well. I brought it up with him and he was just like, "The kid didn't want it,". Yeah, because he has his own fucking lunch

So I had to bring it up with my boss, who in turn informed the principle. Might have to fight since the guy seems like an asshole and is the type to try and get in my face over it.

I run the kitchen. My boss works at the administrative building. I do all the orders, I "ring" people up at the computer when they come through. "Ring" meaning that the kids still come through the line and put their numbers in, even though it's free. It's how we keep track of how much food we serve and we get paid back by the State depending on how much goes out.

I found out yesterday about it, so that's 2 for 2, which means this isn't the first time. My boss already knows about it now, I had to tell her because I needed to know what to do if he did it again. She told me she would take care of it.

So far, this. I have never had any issues with teachers. This isn't even a big issue, but I'm not getting into trouble because some bastard teacher won't cough up $3.25 for lunch and gets kids to get him free food.

And I don't even know how it works, maybe he's telling them he will give them a better grade if they give him their food and they don't eat at all?

If teachers can assualt disabled students on multiple occasions, and just get moved from district to district, there is no way you would get fired for this. If it was their job or yours, I would have your back. In this case, you're just a little tattletale bitch. I don't wish you would get beat up, but I can't say you didn't have it coming.

It's completely obvious stealing is a major violation. You have moved the goal posts on your reason for doing this a couple times, which indicates on some level, you know it's a whack thing to do. No one will get fired over this, but still... You played yourself itt.
