I weighed in and I am officially under 200lbs! Also, it means Ive lost a total of 30.4lbs!

October 16th I started doing One Meal A Day (OMAD). I didnt change what I ate or anything, I just skipped breakfast and lunch. I still eat pizza, beer, and bacon cheeseburgers. I do check the caloric value of my food, but its incredibly rare for a meal to meet my threshold. My cap is 1,500 calories to lose, 2,000 for maintenance.

I had a cheat day last Saturday though. I had ribs, which was about the full 2,000 calories. I didnt realize ribs would be that high. Its the biggest caloric meal Ive had since I started. It was just a normal serving of ribs. So, I doubt Ill be eating that again anytime soon.

Good job, but be careful with that diet; it's not just about the calories. If your one meal per day is of shit dietary value, your body suffers.

now that you've lost weight start changing what you eat. The issue with those is that once you start to slack your body will gain all the weight back quick
