They've been working on it for a while, and have already rebooted it once. I don't like hearing that, because it makes me think that the development isn't going that well. They're also talking about "live gameplay elements", so there's a mass of speculation regarding what that means in a general EA context.

One of the guys from Bioware tweeted out that it was basically DLC I believe. "Being able to monetize it after the game is done"

So nothing too strange really, but we'll see I guess? Hopefully the reboot isn't too bad, but might just be the change of directors but as long as they don't drop the important plot points of Inquisition.... it might not be awful?

I believe that on my Keep I said Hawke found the will and sided with the one who wasn't a mage. One option said something about darkspawn corruption, I took the other.

From memory from within Inquisition without playing Legacy, it's explained like this: Hawke and Varric end up going to a Grey Warden Outpost because of some contacts Varric made have been hounding him of sorts. I can't remember if they are assassination attempts, or have to deal with the Merchants Guild. Probably both. Wait, I just remembered. It had to do with Hawke's dad in some respect. Something to do with his blood.

Once there, they discovered that the Grey Wardens were attacking people for some indiscernible reason. They traced this to a darkspawn that they had mysteriously not killed. This is strange, because Grey Wardens are known for killing darkspawn, being immune to the taint. Anyways, this darkspawn was mind controlling the Grey Wardens from within the confines of his prison, so Hawke and Varric ended up releasing this darkspawn so they could kill it.

Or so they thought.

That's basically all the story set up you'll need for Legacy in Inquisition.

It's not as bad as Shadows of Mordor. The 360 version of that had load times to open the fucking pause menu.

The click to scan for ingredients doesn't highlight on your minimap where close by items are, on 360. It does on current gen. When I discovered this, I was mad af

A random observation: BioWare isn't very good at layering dialogue so that interruptions sound genuine. Every time a character is supposed to be interrupted, the actor finishes the line and there's a slight pause before the next line begins. You can tell that the actor never intended to say anything past that, and it just sounds odd.

It's a really common mistake in live acting, as well.

People are anticipating the pause, so they telegraph it.

The way to avoid that is finish the line by adding to the written bit and letting them interrupt you naturally.

Like the line says "What are you-?" Figure out the rest of the sentence instead of abruptly stopping at the hyphen.
