It's a shame there's next to no competition. It's basically just this, Road Rage and that mediocre EA game. The rest are absolutely awful.

Why haven't we had an RPG set in Springfield dammit. EA could copy South Park and I'd be happy. Instead it's just a shitty mobile game now.

it's hard. I never got past the homer missions. I got to the part where he goes to work. and then I had to do something at the plant under a timer and I kept losing. then I stopped playing. so I don't know how the other family members play. even when game grumps did the game, they didn't even get as far as I did.

The old arcade game and the SNES game were kind of fun tbh.

Oh yeah I forgot about the arcade game. That's another one.

The rest though? Ugh. Renting a Simpsons game back in the day was a punishment. Couldn't imagine buying one.

I had Krusty's Funhouse for the Genesis and that game was boring. it was a freaking puzzle game

Hit & Run was fun to play. It was even funner to break.

Especially with some of the insane cheat codes you could throw into it.

I'm guessing EA has the sole rights to the franchise. But even now they could make;
- A Simpsons Bioware Dragon Age style RPG. Walk around Springfield doing side quests and recruiting characters as allies with Mr Burns as the antagonist or something
- A Criterion kart racer
- A hero based shooter

I know EA would botch it because they're EA though. Still sucks. Ubisoft would do some cool things with the franchise.

What the hell, do you only have one arm or something, and you do realise if you fail a mission a few times you can just skip it.

no I didn't know that. they should have made that more clear in the game cause I just got sick of it and turned it off.

How could they make it clearer than a giant flashing button saying skip level, it's super obvious, you probably just didn't try the level enough, also the game is quite hard at times, but you got stuck at mission 3, mission 3 is not hard.
