Actually he can't unless he un-recused himself and that would probably be as big a legal thing as if Trump just ignored that he has no authority here and tried to fire him anyway. The job falls to Rod Rosenstein, but Trump does have the authority to fire and replace him. So technically Trump could fire and replace the Deputy Attorney General until he finds one willing to fire Mueller. ... Copied to Clipboard!
