Do you cook? It's difficult to list things specifically as healthy or not, but when you cook for yourself naturally you have much more control.

White is good, brown is better. Eg rice, flour, bread.

Green is great. Eg broccoli, sprouts.

Water is the best drink.

1 multivitamin tablet every Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Flavored oatmeal, sandwiches with wheat bread and no mayo or other fattening sauces, vegetables that are easy to eat for you and quick to prepare, lean meats, etc. Its not that difficult, just avoid sweets and needless fat and be strict about your portion sizes - dont overeat and be willing to burn extra calories if you ate something that wasnt good for you. In general try to avoid eating out and keep alcohol consumption minimal. It helps if youre strict with yourself for a while, at least for a couple months - once you reach your goals you can indulge occasionally, so be patient.

You can eat anything you want as long as you restrict cals. People have lost weight eating only mcdonalds.

Yes, and I guess I didn't think about that. Imma download a calorie tracker. Hopefully that'll help me know when to stop

Eating healthy is more complex than something you'll get out of CE.

Unless you just want to lose weight, then it's pretty simple. Calories in < calories out. Cut high carb food, especially soda and anything with significant sugar. High fat is significantly less important.

Juice is also good.
