If the goal of the law is to protect kids, why don't we more of these punishmebt enhancement zones in whiter communities? Surely those children must be protected too.

The solution isnt to ease up on the punishment that black drug dealers tend to get, the solution is to make it equal by punishing white people the same (raising the punishment they recieve).
No reason to let drug dealers "get off easy"

Well your whole "just stop dealing drugs" thing is naive and unrealistic. Having laws against drug dealing is one thing. Coming up with bullshit punishment enhancers for drug dealing is entirely different conversation altogether.
