I don't want to speak ill of the dead, but those were two of the worst characters. The show would not suffer at all if they didn't include them at all moving forward.

Peggy was objectively the worst by a long shot.

But her being bad is integral to the show.

I agree it wouldnt suffer, but losing Luanne would be weird. Also Ladybird would likely be dead too so thatd be sad.

Yeah, Luanne was a side character and barely showed up for a couple seasons, and Lucky didn't even show up until like season 9. Either way, though, the show could easily go one without them.

My only hope would be that Judge would still be in charge. I feel like he would be the only one able to keep it going. I would hope they would move the timeframe forward, too. Make Bobby a young adult and all that.

Bobby would definitely have to be in high school with Connie and Joseph. Maybe even finally ship Bill with someone.

They did a couple times, actually. The most prominent was the lady pastor at Hank's church. I think they broke up, but they sort of left it open enough I think they could have ended up together.

It pretty much writes itself.
- Hank is still doing the same thing, struggling to adapt to the modern world and his role in it.
- Peggy is obsessed with the internet and the source has given her a new constant source of (usually inaccurate) information she knows more about.
- Bobby is getting ready to graduate, leaving him, Connie, and Joesph to try and figure out their lives. Maybe Joesph becomes his dad's apprentice and plans to take over the family business.
- Boomhauer is still a Texas Ranger, secretly covering all the boy's shenanigans.
- Luanne and Lucky moved away.
- Dale is still insane.

I think Bobby should be like a sophomore or freshman in high school. I wouldnt age them too much. Maybe after a couple seasons move him to junior and then the final season make him a senior and graduating.

Also they didnt really go back to Bill with the pastor so unless they decide to bring her on more full time to help fill Luannes supporting role, I think he should get someone. Obviously with some kind of build.

Also maybe ship Bobby and Connie again.

Maybe add a new family in the house that Luanne and Lucky lived in. Someone with a kid.
