Probably the best Telltale games since The Wolf Among Us IMO. I've played through the first season and up to episode 3 in Enemy Within.

I'm just surprised at how well I like the story they've set up. The characters are overall faithful but there's enough variations and twists to established formulas that keep the story fresh. This interpretation of The Joker is my favorite since The Dark Knight. Pretty much all of the villains are done well.

It makes me sad that the DC video games are doing so much better than the DC movies in every single way. I'd love to see this sorta stuff on the big screen. It's the perfect Batman for a cinematic universe.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild him. We have the technology. We have the capability to build another sex machine. Better than he was before. Better, stronger, faster.

Nah. Has two episodes left. A new one in the next week or so I think?

It's funny how quick Telltale games go on sale. I got it on the Steam Christmas sale.

Nah, Tales from Borderlands is miles better than it. Which is to say a lot because I agree with you, the Batman Telltale games are pretty good.

With that said, my top 3 telltale games are Tales from Borderlands, The Wolf Among Us, and the Walking Dead season 1.

I've played them on PC and I had one weird issue where a cutscene in an elevator had no animations for some reason. IIRC the first one had some performance issues but the second one is a huge improvement in this aspect.

Not sure if people have had save bug issues or anything. I've been fine.

Their games are littered with bugs, probably my biggest complaint from them.

the most persistent ones are the disappearing save files bug.

which is bizarre considering most of their games are so simple.

I haven't played Tales from the Borderlands but yeah I've heard good things.

I recently replayed Wolf Among Us and I think I'd actually rate the Batman ones higher. You can tell TWAU got rushed a bit in those last couple of episodes which dampens it a bit. But it gets some major points for exposing me to a cool universe I've never experienced before. Such great atmosphere.

I don't understand why a bunch of cutscenes(basically) take 8 months to release. I freaking hate Telltale's game release schedule

Just buy them at or near the end. They generally plummet in price by then anyway.

There's no reason to buy a Telltale game when it's still on episode 1 or 2 tbh lol

I really disliked Telltale's Game of Thrones. No idea what happened there. It felt like the game ignored choices that didn't fit the narrative they wanted.

Although it was weird getting *Batman season 1 spoilers* a Harvey Dent that never got scarred. He's still called Two-Face lol. I believe he does act sorta different between the two types though.
