Not a moth ball, that's called a widget. It's supposed to be in that brand of beer. I've had the Guinness Nitro before and noticed it. Some other brands have had it as well. Here's a link for explanation:

It should say something like "PLASTIC WIDGET ENCLOSED" on the can, at least cans of Guinness in Canada do anyway.
