I can't profess to understand God's plan, Christ promised the resurrection of the dead. I just thought he had something a little different in mind.

Lol, nope. Youre not entitled to their product, if you and they can not reasonably complete the business transaction.

Nah, fuck that. After like 10pm I refuse to take larger than $20s since we can't unlock the safe after that time to get change. And you're not supposed to keep $20s in your drawer at some places, others you drop $10s and $20s whenever you can in between customers.

stores sometimes charge extra for orders under $5. Some small businesses have a $2-$3 fee for credit/debit cards. Not every cashier has a high tech card reader and card reader will sometimes not scan cards correctly.

rich people

or at least that's how I always imagine them, carrying around $100 bills as pocket change and not knowing what 10s or 5s are

why would rich people only carry $100s? $50s are far more convenient, as are 20s
they wouldnt throw away $5 notes or coins either

Actually, Owl's pretty spot-on. First-generation rich people are going to keep smaller bills, but people who grew up rich don't give it a second thought. Ask any bellhop in a fancy hotel.
