And I don't think it was one of those types of places. I know the instructor was from Israel and opened the place after coming here. I assume since she was probably around 30 she would have served and everything, and knew her stuff.

But I was only there myself a few times. And none of that is a guarantee she was a good teacher, or that she was a particularly good fighter. Plus I have no way to know for sure anything past she was an Israeli lady in her 20's or 30's

I don't see what difference it makes though? I didn't have a choice and don't have much need for it.

Probably not, maybe.

It'd be risky unless I could keep guard and keep you away until I got a good kick, or could reverse with a sweep or something. If it got to the point of constantly trying to escape chokes and holds I'd probably be screwed for sure.

once upon a time I got stabbed by some asshole who pulled out a knife after a little shoving from a confrontation he started. I proceeded to do the stupidish shit ever. Including taking the knife out, breaking his arm and a few ribs, and got him in a nice rear naked choke figuring there's a good chance I'll die, and either way I want to see him dead. At this point I was kinda fading in and out and I couldn't hold on anymore. I let go, sat down, and called 911 as I passed out.

When I woke up in the hospital I realized and was told I was a fucking idiot. The knife wound was only around a half inch deep, inch long, and I made it ten times worse by taking it out as I apparently tore the little stab a couple inches down, causing most of the damage/bleeding. I was almost arrested because he ended up in a coma for most of the next day, and only avoided arrest because I showed the officers the wound and didn't mention I made it worse, and claimed I feared for my life because of my medical condition. So they didn't arrest me on the spot, but told me that if any charges were pressed we'd both go to jail. Also that I'm fucking stupid because if he died I'd probably be getting 20 years. On top of everything else, my doctor made sure to inform that I almost killed myself a few ways. just by going out of of my way to hurt him. Because of my medical condition my body doesn't produce cortisone to bind with adrenaline to regulate. So it flows unchecked until it destroys my kidneys so if it wasn't for that, I probably would've passed out and could have been killed, and from the initial blood tests (confirmed later) I damaged my kidneys a bit. 10 more minutes tops and I would have died from my own stupidity.

So I know I can kill without hesitation, but after that I would need a pretty damn good reason. That was literally the stupidest thing I've ever fucking done and I'm still kinda ashamed.

Yes, when I was younger I got picked on a bit and ended up in a fair few fights when people just assumed shit when I didn't respond and started fights. I also Used to hang out with friends in sketchy places sometimes and managed to defend myself a couple times and my friends once from a few muggings long enough to get the hell away

White is good but but I feel if you get a good wheat it can be basically unnoticeable. wheat also has a lot more protein than white which is nice considering I'm not a fan of protein powders and shakes and generally prefer to get my protein from actual food. Especially when I'm bulking.

Lately though I've been eating Ezekiel bread which is amazing.
