I've e-mailed the seller who said the courier attempted to deliver it but the location is inaccessible and needed a code. Which it doesn't. So I e-mailed a pic of my house from Google Street View and the courier said they weren't allowed to take additional shipping instructions from the recipient, only the seller. It wasn't even an instruction, I was just sending a visual confirmation of the location they were to deliver it to using a verifiable source (just type in the postcode on google and there it is).

So I tell the seller a few days ago I want a refund since it should have arrived on the 2nd, and I've had to buy another PS4 controller from elsewhere since my only one broke before Christmas. Seller doesn't acknowledge my request and instead said on Tuesday they will contact the courier and that was the last I heard from them.

Am I right to want a refund? Has it been long enough?

You're 100% right to want a refund, and if you have all the exchanges available to send to Amazon. they will make sure you get a refund.

EDIT: You would have been 100% right to want a refund by Jan 01, BTW. This is FAR too late for a purchase to arrive.

I think the seller just doesn't want to have to refund me. Its apparently stuck at the courier's depot. I don't know what's happening right now as my tracking page has stopped updating after the expected due date.
