Polycosm 01/12/18 8:08:00 AM #4:	The original evacuation plan was to jump the fleet through hyperspace, which would have given them a clean, untraceable escape if not for the First Order's new tracking technology. I don't know what the dreadnaught's speed is versus Hux' ship, versus Snoke's ship, etc... but going just on the information presented in the movie, I don't see any reason to believe it would have been a factor during the chase. Leia and Holdo's plan at that point was simply to stay out of range of the larger ships while retreating to Crait. --- BKSheikah owned me so thoroughly in the 2017 guru contest, I'd swear he used the Lens of Truth to pick his bracket.
