So it's against the TOU to call another poster a name. But can i call, say for example,Trump a name? What if he makes a gamefaqs account? Would I suddenly be subject to moderation then?

Also, where do you draw the line between flaming? What if the name I call someone is factually correct? Trump is literally a big fat dummy. He's like 6'2" and 240 pounds. He's a grown man who speaks like a 4th grader. Is this flaming or am I just stating facts about a public figure?
