... Back story, the last Windows 10 update caused the issue. So after rolling back the computer to the last time it restarted (last week) fixed the issue. I had to do this twice... After the 2ed time i made the ultimate decision to completely disable updates... At least for right now.

Is there something else i can do? Or should i leave like this for a bit?

Mine got stuck in a loop at the Preparing your pc screen after an update. I just said fuck it and shut it down manually. After that it occasionally showed a time to restart your pc pop up but it never actually did anything. It went away after awhile

Mine got stuck on a restart loop due to a Windows 10 update as well.

I eventually just factory reset it and that fixed it.

I also completely disabled updates like you did.

My understanding is certain anti-virus programs will cause Windows to get stuck in a restart loop due to the weird ways they interact with the kernel, now that Windows has made a major update to fix the Meltdown/Spectre bugs.

Try seeing if your anti-virus is compliant and make sure it's updated.
