He's pretty weakened. He's still out there though. There are a bunch of other groups like his that are stronger in that region, so he's not particularly relevant except for the fact that almost everyone in the US has heard of him.

There is a badass adventurer named Robert Young Pelton who actually volunteered to track Kony down but he couldn't raise enough money to fund his trip.

Damn millennials were too busy sending their money to some scam artists instead.

Also Erik Prince claims that the Ugandan military wanted to hire Blackwater to hunt Kony down but the US government wouldn't let them do it.
