Right now he could still tour at grungier/seedier clubs. But he would face some hecklers or even activist types. And itd probably have to be mostly in the Midwest or south...maybe select other areas. At least if he wanted to keep backlash to a minimum. I think hed still sell out small clubs anywhere though - there would be buzz even if negative. As far as selling out huge venues, I really dont know. Dont know how this has affected his perception in other countries either.

Oh no dude, he'd still be selling out theaters everywhere he went. This is a self imposed hiatus he's taking, and the overwhelming majority of his fans aren't going to.abandon him over something that's admittedly weird but not really that bad.
