It's not harassment to leave comments on his public YouTube channel for videos that he's actively shared here. If you post a video here and I leave a comment that says, "I don't like it" then that's not harassment. It's just an opinion in your public space. The fact is that Dustin can't take criticism. I was notified what to do if certain behaviors were happening. If I do such and it is not listened to then I will have no choice but to change my method to a more advanced one. I again ask that you do not allow harassing and defamatory posts to be made or else I believe you are senselessly risking GameFAQs' legal behind. Not sure why you would do such a thing but I wouldn't take my claims for a joke. That in itself is not something a judge would be ok with.

I am not threatening. I have stated clearly that if GameFAQs continues this behavior I will have no choice but to get an attorney involved. Especially since these people are now stalking my social media and spreading these lies through there. I have been advised to take a heavier handed approach.

My entire argument the whole time has been that anyone who goes through the amount of effort described to me solely to harass and agitate a stranger on the internet and finds great delight in it is a piece of shit. Oh I know, its why I've already started to acknowledge its possible none of this even happened. But I did also hear it from other posters which is why it seemed a bit more credible, but then again I have no idea who they were or if they had any more of a clue what happened than I did.

Again, my argument has simply been anyone who would do the things I've described ITT would make them a shitty person, regardless of how much Dawkins deserved it. I've said that trashing him on CE isn't really bad at all, nor are leaving generic negative comments on his YouTube channel.

So we have a (mostly) public forum here. Some guy with admitted mental problems comes on here and starts spouting stuff. He breaks a few of the rules (proof is all the times he got suspended etc). He is antagonistic to the extreme.

The answer isn't "oh you guys ignore him" the answer is "don't let him post here in the first place"
