Reading this, I'm not sure why so many women seem to think they are so oppressed in America. It sounds like they get constant compliments and support from others, but men get little to no attention their entire lives. I personally think both genders have it is pretty equal, but I really can't see how women think they are genuinely oppressed in Western countries.
