Well that probably is true as most of her music is done by other folks and they just add her moanings to it and call it a day.

So its her writers to blame as those 2 songs are just too similar to be by chance.
She even tried to save face by offering them 40% of the profits as even she probably cannot deny that they're too similar.

One came out years ago and the other just came out.

...No. because with regard to under pressure that was actually them playing the bassline...they physically did the work and it was used in another song without their permission...This is just two songs with a fairly common chord progression that sound the same. Radiohead didn't contribute to the song in anyway other than the fact that they think it was stolen from them, so they think they own 100% of it...so now ANY song that sounds like Creep has to pay radiohead 100% of the profits? The issue is that it doesn't just sound like the song. It is a complete rip and claimed as their own. Songs can unintentionally sound similar and be fine, happens all the time. This isn't one of those cases and you'd be hard pressed to say that it is. Nothing about this says unintentional.

If we aren't to protect creative rights at this level, then any mainstream artist can rip any successful song as their own and make a ton of money off of something they didn't create.

Get Free and Creep share the same rhythm, same vocal pattern, same inflections, etc. She even does the same thing Yorke does when he sings "I want a perfect body". Lol it's very in your face.
