They're not running Super Metroid, so they can't have that segment I found out the reason is because the GDQ organizers were giving the Metroid runners shit because the categories of speedruns are hard. They die during the runs which pissed off the organizers because it delays their schedule or something. Like yes, it's a hard run. There are lots of other hard runs too. It might be popular but maybe it's time to realize that it's not really marathon safe many other difficult runs will make safety saves for hard tricks but super metroid doesn't because it's such tight competition, maybe they should ease up a little and just play it safe --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!!
