A good number of Smash enthusiasts had to cave for that game due to the hype or just because they were competitive players who needed to practice. Still regarded usually as the second best Smash to Melee. (Sorry Brawl fans). Would be GameCube for Melee except the GC is pretty stacked with games in hindsight. --- I am I - you are you. I was pretty young and I remember first hearing about GC and THPS3 from a letter I got in the mail that had a little video demo on a mini disc. Kinda weird to look back on advertising tactics like that.
