Any tips for trading?

Buy low and sell high.

Do not panic sell. The crypto market dips about every few days and returns to normal.

To re-iterate and emphasis, do not buy high as tempting as it may be. Wait for any pumped coin to cooldown and stabilize for one or two days before deciding to invest in it

When researching on an altcoin, make sure to investigate these areas:

Active source code contribution
Experienced team members (good number and mix of developers and marketers)
Established connections with corporations
Well-written whitepaper
Well-designed website
Positive discussion at the bitcointalk.org forums

Raiblocks was, XRB was worth about 50 cents for a while, now it's $23. This is without ever being on a reputable exchange and it will be added on Binance in a few days.

My suggestion is to buy it now before it's on Binance, it has the potential to pass IOTA.

Certain exchanges still only accept BTC for certain coins. Their Dev team is also working on making BTC much faster and affordable but I dont know how far away they are

Who would they be selling the property to? Most people do property deals through banks, so I'm not sure how crypto helps

The reason people use banks are for the loans though. Unless people are trying to buy the houses fully with no loans, banks are going to be needed.

Went to the website. It pretty much looks like a method to make it easier for international investors to buy foreign property. People who have the cash upfront pretty much. People who need to buy property fast without the middle men of banks, brokers, etc.

Which is fine, maybe those things do need to be easier. I don't see how this will impact the average home buyer though

Hmm I cant give actual financial advice, Ill say this though. People get lucky by putting themselves in the right situations to get lucky. Study white papers, look into the backgrounds of developers, join communities, bitcointalk, Discords , subreddits, slacks, telegrams learn a little bit everyday.

Tbh I made a decent amount just listening to people in these threads lol. Lot of smart people who do good research, like I had no idea wtf Ripple was but it's quadrupled since I got it based on recommendations here.

If LTC figures its shit out that would help me though, only coin I've taken a net loss on since starting in November.
