So just randomly and nonchalantly I was approached by this girl the other say who said I was cute, and asked for my number. And I had this thought going through my head "Me?? Wow..this is bold. Never had any girl approach me saying they wanted my number." :)

It was seriously one of the oddest things that ever did append to me though. And I never had a girlfriend since like high school because I guess I never really pursued a relationship and was more focused on getting life sorted out with school and that sort of thing. But, yeah...and she was super cute too. We haven't chatted yet but im not sure where this even goes next. Dont get me wrong, I was quite happy when she came up to me and everything. But I just dont have much experience with this and all...

wow, congrats. I'm pretty sure that's something that most guys have never experienced in their life.
that probably reads like sarcasm but I'm serious.

That's cool.
Try to be funny with her. If she laughs at even your dumbest jokes then she probably likes you.
Also check if she plays with her hair while talking to you. They apparently do that when they're talking with someone they like.

Thanks guys :) Yeah but really... this was just completely out of left field and its never happened to me before in my life.. I heard a slight "Hey" and the next moment we were exchanging numbers. Im going to try and set something up so we can see each other and all. Heck, and I thought I was always invisible to people because I normally don't talk to anyone until they talk to me pretty much. I got to give her credit though...and like I said that was a bold move there to ask me and its always usually the other way around.

Im kinda nervous since I haven't dated since high school and all...but I do hope this goes well :)

If that happened to me, I'd be completely convinced that it was a prank.

But I have self esteem issues.

I'm in the same boat man. Although granted the only time something like this has ever happened was when some late 40's - early 50's year old was playing with my hair when drunk. Good luck TC!
