You view Skylar as adversarial because she's getting in the way of well-intentioned Walt. Then we see his decline into being a generally shitty person who makes shitty decisions for everyone around him. Rewatch the series. She kind of acts like a rational actor who is legitimately confused her terminally ill husbands starts acting weird until she learns he literally got their family in shit that gets people killed regularly.
