I thought the use of lighting was mediocre and really didn't reflect on the overall tone of the great plot and story arch. Ultimately the plot was mostly consisting of story, having little to do with the lighting of the show. I think the characters had mostly the type of character characteristics you would expect in most movies, especially one with this type of screen writing.

I don't think the actors were very good in terms of the overall acting. I think the acting would of been better with less actors. There weren't really any actors in the movie that did anything besides acting. I don't think the actors had anything to do with the screen writing for example or the lighting. I think the screen writing was mostly done by screen writers and wasn't that reflective of the overall plot.

I think the plot had very dynamic twists that weren't very consistent in terms of plot characteristics coming from somebody that has had a lot of experience with plots, having dealt with plots many times in the past several years (even on occasion).

In conclusion I think overall the movie was mostly cast as the type of movie for people who don't know a lot about screen writing or lighting. For example I doubt the average viewer owns more than 2-3 lights that aren't attached to the house like a ceiling light for example. There weren't any major penispenispenis.

For Luke: He might as well have already been dead. Hell I bet people are theorizing he's been dead the whole time since uh "he's part of the force" or whatever shit

Who was the second, Snoke? I can't think of the other important death, but if Snoke is one of your two most "interesting" characters, then I'm pretty sure the franchise is dead.

Basically, everything involving the Resistance was pointless filler. They literally spent the majority of the movie in a single super long chase scene, where they argued (and fought) in circles, then ended up all doing exactly what they fought to not do because they needed to fill the runtime.
