I'd rather just tell a person my order and be done in half a minute

My local McDonalds has them, but I still have to order at the cash register because what I order cannot be done on the touch screen.

I order 3 plain grilled chicken patties and a large diet Dr Pepper. The meal is around $5, has loads of protein, and has very little fat.

Yep. They raise the prices double-triple and sometimes quadruple whenever minimum wage is raised.

Oddly enough, when you ask for lettuce they try to charge you for a whole sandwich bringing the total up to around $10 instead of $5. I get my veggies during my other meals.

Oh I thought it came with it on that. I forgot they do charge extra for veggies.
