Like how in the Task Manager you can see CPU usage by application, is there anyway to do this by GPU? It's at 20% usage even if I close all my running programs. Restarting the computer will likely fix it, but I'm kind of curious who the naughty program is before I do that.

windows 10 with the latest update does this in task manager

You might have some program mining for bitcoins/cryptocurrency.
