FF_Redux 12/29/17 12:49:31 PM #5:	Depends what cuisine, if you go with french cooking and their precise way of cooking it's more of a science, but you can just utilize their knowledge of food and make art with it. So it's more art than science. You barely need to measure things when you know how things work. When you actually know what you're doing and deviate from recipes, that's when it becomes an art. Kinda the same way that anyone can follow those paint by numbers to create something really pretty, but it didn't necessarily make them an artist.
