He at least had the courtesy to put his blinker on before the complete stop. That is dumb. You are supposed to put the indicator on, then slow down to a safe speed to make the turn. Coming to a stop for no reason is terrible since you can't make a turn going 0. Braking before turning on your indicator is just dangerous. --- I want a pet Lavos Spawn.
