Entirely by chance. I was looking for a 2nd job at the time so I went to apply to this ice cream shop but got lost. I walked into this boutique lil store to ask for directions, noticed they were looking for help and applied while I was there. The butcher chased after me and asked if I could start right away. He showed me the wrap station and after a few tries I got the hang of it and became their part-time meat wrapper. Went full time 2 weeks later. Within a year they needed a new cutter. I was eager to learn and they could train me on-site for less $ than a new cutter, so I apprenticed for 2 years. I was the dept. manager 2 years after becoming a cutter. We sold exotic meats as well as prime beef and the rest of the farm animals. Lol.
Favorite is buffalo meat. Buffalo porterhouse to be exact.

Also in regard to the chronic pancreatitis: that sucks. I have an autoimmune inflammatory disease too. What symptoms does it cause for you? What's the implications of having it?

Once in a while my pancreas will get inflamed and I have to spend some time in the hospital. I've been good for over a year now though. Eating too much fatty foods or drinking alcohol causes flare ups to differing degrees. The holidays have been tough this year for food related pain in that sense, but as long as I show restraint I'm ok. I had been hospitalized 7 times over the previous 3 years, so I feel like a million bucks by comparison lately.

I was 14, and wanted to post on GameFAQs ASAP for some reason. I liked dragons. But to my surprised, dragon usernames were pretty popular. "What do I add this time?", I though. "Uhh, I think imps are vaugly related".

And then I stuck with the account for over six years. Imps have failed to impress thus far.

I think it was probably in a political topic several years ago when I was less patient with cemen and their views. It's funny how becoming a patient can change that depending on your outlook. I became enlightened with pancreatitis. I let nonsense go a lot faster and I try to always add something positive to the places I spend my time now.
