I'm being honest here. That suspension I was given was out of line because there was really no grounds for it. Apparently, the lead mod agreed but gave me a very illegible answer and I want to know why. It sounds like a "Well, don't do this again" Response, but it was nothing like that at all all at the same time. I feel like they knew I was not violating anything, but tried to turn something in a way they could tell me not to do it again? I dunno. I just want to know what happened.

I had an overturn like this years ago from SBAllen which he elaborated at the time to mean "The burden is on you to make the content of your posts clear and not ambiguously interpreted to mean something offensive/illegal. Be more careful in the future."

The gamefaqs ToU should not be compared to the law in terms of how the law operates relative to how the moderation system operates.

Also, in a law scenario, the judge would have offered more of an explanation than is implied the moderator offered.

I'll be honest and say That I have absolutely no idea who this mod would have thought I was talking about. And it was another poster who said it and I jokingly confirmed.

This has got to be the strangest moderation I ever had. Glad I wasn't held on this one though, because that was totally out there in left field.
