TPM is the best of the PT because it's a capably made film. From a technical standpoint, it's the best of the prequels. Practical sets that feel like they're in the same universe as the OT, cleanly shot, and easy to follow space battles. Lightsaber fights with ACTUAL choreography. At least from a filmmaking standpoint it's a real movie. TPM is boring for long stretches and the Jar Jar stuff is awful.
