Have you ever heard the sound that comes out that Fedex scanner thing they use when they drop you're packages off?

Depends.
Awake, I can ignore it. Trying to sleep, I spent 3 hours planning the death of a snoring guy. (He's alive) I'm not used to it yet, but it's easier if it's predictable. This guy snored like a frieght train, then switched to reasonable, then switched to just-enough. Second guy snored like he was drowning in a few inches of water. It was really disconcerting. --- ...
