Mine doesn't really care. They make her nervous more than anything. I tried teaching her to use the shotgun incase something happened while I wasn't home but she wasn't having it. She'd rather just hit the panic button in the bedroom

of all the women iv known or been around that owned firearms only one seemed to give a shit about them and what they actually stand for. most get into shooting because of their boyfriends or husbands and pretty much treat it like a side hobby to impress her man and try to "bond" through it or they have one defensive handgun that they tend to shoot maybe twice a year.
