I don't have nearly enough money to give them a good life.
I'm not in a relationship.
I have emotional problems which would make me a less-than-great parent.
I live in an area with a garbage public school system (and couldn't to private school - again, money.)
Our resource usage is already unsustainable with the population now as high as it is.

And most importantly,
I don't want any whatsoever.

I'm the only grandson on my dad's side of the family and have two cousins around my age (the rest of them are 6+ years younger). One was recently married and is now pregnant and I got hounded about not being married yet from my relatives at her wedding reception.

The other one got engaged a couple days ago so I'm totally looking forward to round two next year -_-

Because we look at everything we have and realize how much we would have to give up to provide for an offspring. Plus I've seen her handling young children before with some of my cousins' kids and she's terrible. I'd rather see her juggle knives, it would be less tragic. I'm probably worse.

Lol no it's not. I don't want kids with any woman except a white or middle eastern woman so my children can resemble me.

I have nothing against other races, i just like me, and want my kids to look like me.

If you adopt a baby from another country and raise it here in the US its going to have American values. Being conceived and born here doesnt really matter in that regard.

Why would you adopt instead of just having your own kids then?

Even so the argument is that since their is going to be overpopulation in Africa and India, we can just bring them all here to make up for our low birth rate. There's no way for all those people to fully integrate so i'm not convinced that America will remain as free and progressive as it is now if we replace our population with theirs.

What do you mean theres no way for them to fully integrate? Theyve been raised here from being an infant, whats the problem? And some people want to be parents but cant have children, so they adopt. Some people think to themselves Why bring another life into the world when theres one already here who needs loving parents? Those are two reasons people adopt right there.

I feel like youre trying to imply something right now but I dont want to assume what you mean so can you explain what you mean by theyll never fully integrate?

No they won't though. I'm mixed but i look way more white than middle eastern. Unless i tan then i kinda look middle eastern.

If i had a child with a black or Indian lady, my child's skin tone and facial features will resemble theirs. You would be able to 100% tell the difference between us.

Now this isn't saying that that's wrong or anything but kids are a very personal thing. And i want my kids to absolutely look like me and my wife. Not just slightly, i want the full traditional aesthetic package.

You could argue that that's shallow but it's not racist. By your logic is it racist for people to say "i rather have mixed kids rather than kids of my own race" or is that progressive in your eyes?

The parents who immigrate here won't be able to fully integrate. Their children might but if you have a constant wave of immigration into America by the millions and that will have to increase if our birth rates fall, then the parents will change our culture before the kids can grow up in American culture.

I've been in areas that are Polish, Asian etc and they look like foreign countries where people don't even speak English or partake in American customs.

So i have low expectations for America if we replace our lack of children with immigrants. Especially ones from Africa since let's be real here, their cultures are pretty violent over there at the moment.

No, your child would still resemble you because it shares 50% of your DNA.

It doesn't always shake down like that. The kid might get most of the father's looks and the mother's... lungs and kidney genes. The genes that determine how somebody looks are only a small part of the overall genetic package. I have a friend who's dad is Irish and his mom is Filipino. He looks white and his sister looks Asian.

Racism is defined as

prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.

She doesn't believe her race is superior, she just prefers her own race. It's just a preference. Like I said, she DATES me. I changed her, before me; She never even considered a lighter guy.

This just isn't true. I'm 50% black. My wife is white and my kids are so light skinned that at this point I don't think anyone will realize they're a quarter black. But they still look like me.

Skin tone really doesn't make that much of a difference. It's like when you notice that Adam Devine and Jordan Peele look like brothers.
