This kind of a difference makes no sense. It seems to just be a flat fee across the board, like if I wanted to send someone $10 worth of BTC, they would add $17 in fees to that. Insane. Then for Ether inversely to be such a negligible pointless fee that just doesn't make sense.

If I'm transferring a full Bitcoin, sure. I'm trying to send small amounts though. It should be a certain percentage but it isn't.
