LiAngelo Ball said he only thanked President Donald Trump after his return from China because UCLA made him, Ball said Wednesday in an interview with the Breakfast Club on Power 105.1.

Ball was asked if would have still thanked Trump had he known he would leave UCLA to play in Lithuania, and he said no.

If they didnt want me to do it. If they didnt tell me to do it, it wouldnt have been in there, to be honest.

What you're suggesting is much worse than what he's providing for his sons. He's prepping them to be business owners and NBA stars. Making millions. There's no reason or need to get a college education if you have that kind of money and status. Plus they'd be in college 1 year max so it wouldn't be much of an education.

Now they get to play pro ball at an early age and get paid for it, while having signature shoes out.

That's definitely a better situation.

Also he literally got his son Lonzo drafted to the Lakers and in the NBA. Give him his credit.

lol he is a terrible businessman and father. he made lonzo pass on a 10mil shoe deal to wear the joke bbb shoes that hardly anyone has bought and ruined the lives of his other two kids by making them drop out of school to play in a joke league, neither one of them will make the nba and lonzo has been terrible as a rookie thus far and a huge disappointment. lavar is cancer

Fucking laughable. Lonzo's play at UCLA got him drafted by the Lakers. If anything, the weight of bringing Lavarr with Lonzo was something the Lakers had to weigh pros and cons on.

This and that's without their distraction of a dad. They're basically going to end up in a Kaepernick like situation, technically good enough to make a team but not good enough to be worth the distraction that comes along with it.
