You need to find the deposit address to your BTC wallet on Binance. Then send BTC from Coinbase to that wallet.

Also its cheaper and faster to transfer ETH. (You can also buy alts using ETH on Binance.

I created a binance account but I can't figure out how to transfer BTC from coinbase.

welp... i just did with the intention of going all in on ripple(which is like... 30 euros while also keeping 30 euros in eth).

from binance:
https://www.binance.com/userCenter/depositWithdraw.html

-find your coin and click deposit(they apparently make it a big deal to check it's the correct coin).
-copy the address.
-go to coinbase > accounts
-find your wallet with coins in it and click send
-paste in the address and choose amount + additional fees

Awesome, thanks.

Last question, what does binance require in terms of verification to cash out?

@Meadz
@EvalAngell
@AsucaHayashi

sorry to tag, I don't mean to be disruptive, I just have all the stuff ready to hit send, but I want to see what they want from me to cash out before I decide to send it. I dunno how I'd feel about sending my personal info to a Chinese website. Coinbase already has my drivers license, and that's about my limit if that's what binance wants.

i have no idea since i'm a cryptovirgin too.

before worrying about cashing out i should probably figure out how to put coins in a secure wallet first.

about sending my personal info to a Chinese website.
the worst i did before i could deposit was to enter phone number for SMS verification before i could trade.

actually, i got the google authenticator too. after that i was allowed to trade.

As far as I'm aware you don't cash out on Binance. It's exclusively a crypto trading market. If you want to cash out in USD, you will need to send it back to Coinbase or another market that handles fiat.

I don't remember exactly what Binance wants, but unless you have a lot of money going through you don't need a license.

Just remember to send your money through GDAX, as it will cover your transaction fees. Binance, however, will not, so be careful when you send and how much you send.

You don't cash out from Binance. You use BTC/ETH to buy other coins, wait for coins to profit, sell them back for higher amount of BTC/ETH, transfer BTC/ETH back to Coinbase to cash out.

Well, actually, Binance has flat withdrawal fees. So when you withdraw, make sure you're aware of how much they're charging you:

LTC has a much lower fee than BTC or ETH rn, so withdraw with that I guess.

I hope LTC dips soon because I want to buy one coin but I'm afraid to pay for what it is now. So is Ripple still a good choice to go with? And what about any other coins that are less than $1? Anything looking promising?
