At mine, the men have to do the things such as taking out the trash, technical support, changing light bulbs. The women will never do those even if we're out of the office.

Where I work, the women comprise the accounting team, and our receptionist is a lady. Men comprise the entire sales team. No women on the sales team.

Yes, any heavy lifting like boxes or artwork are done by the men. Only rarely do the women do those.

No. Everyone does everything. Most of maintenance is men, with the exception of their manager.

Also, the receptionist HAS to mostly be female. The only times I've seen a male in the past 9 years were one guy who they fired after 2 weeks and another guy who was gay and was there for a few months.

Also, all the interns had to be female for some reason. In 9 years, we had about 30 interns and they were all female except for one guy from Germany who was doing a special internship for a few weeks.

My department is all men, my boss won't hire women (he straight up told me this). We do some heavy lifting and physical labor though so we don't really get many female applicants anyways.

The men are always called upon to move heavy things. It's not part of the job description or anything.

Where I work, the men are responsible for going out in the field and hunting, while the women are mostly responsible for maintaining a clean workplace and caring for the young

Our office is pretty balanced in terms of gender ratio, and we dont really have to move heavy things. When we do, we have a a facilities team we can call.

We all do everything, Different genders in all roles here. Well... 2 genders, I guess there might be others going on but that's none of my business and I'll leave it at that.

At our work we recently had a new employee who did some reorganizing, and now everything is done by a single Australian man while we all sit back and relax.

The only time I see men as fitting room attendants at my place is when they're covering a break/lunch for the woman who is actually running it for her shift.

Even customers will comment on how odd it is to see a man back there.

Im a tutor so its like, normal stuff.

But it happened to turn into that. Guys take out trash/ move heavy things, girls clean the room and kitchen area.

I actually did a test and didn't take out the garbage one week. A week later all the garbage was still there.

I work fast food, so not really. All I can think of is truck order (lots of heavy lifting, so we delegate that to either a guy or two girls do it if we don't have any guys on shift), whenever we get a male customer being inappropriate (the girl will usually tell us so we'll take over service to deter the customer/fuck with them), or when closing or taking trash out at night we have the guy watch out for anything since we have a homeless problem in the area.

Otherwise it's equal distribution on service/line/management
