Ok, I was young and my mother wanted to watch a horror film with my sister and I was taken.

The horror movie was about cats. Live action film. I got scarred and my mom had to take me to another theatre while my sister stayed and watched the movie.

The movie I went to was cartoons and I think had a rooster with a leather jacket? I think he was flying a plane. I can't remember. I figure if you find one film you can find the other due to release year.

So, any takers on finding this childhood memory of mine? It would have been early to early-mid 90s.

Yeah, that's the only cat themed horror movie I recall. Still get the creeps from that Richie Valens song

God, Rock-A-Doodle sucked.

I barely remember it, although given that it's Don Bluth I'm guessing it's way too dark for a kid's movie and probably comes very close to having a depressing ending.

I still put it on lol great song.

Oh it's a great song, but the romantic intention of it is forever ruined by watching Sleepwalkers as a kid. Kinda like how Lux Aetemia from Requim For A Dream will never fail to depress me

Does anyone remember a horror flick where some guy opens the door to his house at night time and a black cat with half of its face mangled jumps up and mauls his face?
