You should know Tor is like gambling. Every now and then, the FBI/CIA doesn't know exactly who you are or what you're doing. That's the lottery. Every couple years there's a new exploit that's revealed, and as it turns out, whoopsie-daisy it's been in there for 3 years. The only thing that keeps you from being booked is how lenient US laws are around visiting these pages. Tor is mostly useful for that narrow window of 3rd world countries where the dictatorships don't have the technology to crack it, yet allow enough elbow room to allow their citizens to use a VPN. --- ... You gave him that nickname based on thee concept of races, so in that sense it's racist. However, "racist" usually means unfair/negative treatment or differentiation between perceived races.
