Military does this all the time. But if you want to increase muscle strength and get that buff aesthetics to look yourself in the mirror and boost your ego, you better take time off to rest. ... I work out every day, you should exercise every day... just don't work the same muscles every day. You can work the same muscles like 3 times a week though. I do push/pull/legs/push/pull/legs/skills & mobility

You literally tear your muscles when you are increasing their size. Your body needs a window of time for them to recover. Are those same pro wrestlers taking anabolics and HGH? ... Can you increase the size of your biceps by working them out every day? You can make minimal gains, read as not noticeable, but also will feel like crap every day. If your bicep workout is stimulating enough to make you grow then doing it everyday is detrimental, yes. If you're just doing a few curls for fun then you're not exercising with enough intensity to stimulate anything.
