Beast Balls in particular are not designed to catch normal Pokemon (they have a 0.10x catch multiplier - normal Pokeballs are 1x) so they're kind of bling

I wish they would change the catching mechanics. Nothing about getting a Pokemon to 1 HP and paralyzed while you chuck 50+ balls at it is fun.
