It's mildly facetious, but it's a war crime to kill someone during a war tribunal... but most people don't consider suicide to be murder.

That's what I mean, what kind of poison? Bond style cyanide or maybe something else? And there's the very important question of how he got it in the first place

Oh it was this guy, I like how I was seeing memes about this guy on facebook yesterday before I even knew about this story.

the guy was a murderer. no matter who you support in the conflict, both sides in some way attempted to ethnically cleanse their territory.

here were the charges:

eight counts of crimes against humanity (persecutions on political, racial and religious grounds; murder; rape; deportation; inhumane acts (forcible transfer); imprisonment; inhumane acts (conditions of confinement); inhumane acts).

shame hes dead, the victims will never get justice now. death was the easy way out.
