If you throw up and have diarrhea they probably weren't. Worth the risk.

Ask the wife if you're not sure.

Personally if I'm not 100% sure whether something is safe to eat, then I get rid of it.
It's better to get rid of it then to get sick.

On Monday I had some hotdogs that had an expiration date in early October. They were pretty sour tasting but I didn't get sick so I consider it a win.

Leftovers are good for five days imo (poultry and meats at three).
If it was preserved well you might be ok but it's your gut and your guts that have to handle the risk.

It was various meats and sides in one of those disposable oven pans

There was a lid on top but also lots of air inside to keep everything nice and fresh

You want less air for freshness

I wouldn't personally risk it

what the fuck dude

anyways, with thanksgiving leftovers, you take all of it, sans desserts, and just throw them all together into one bigass casserole

heat the oven to 350 and then take your new awesome casserole

and shove it up your butt!

9SUc4rB

but really take that casserole and throw it the fuck away, that shits nasty. leftovers are good for only until the next day unless they're kept literally airtight. and never keep mashed potatoes or gravy as leftovers, that does not keep. throw it away.

Results? I eat leftovers all the time, but will generally not keep it past 3 days. Not usually a problem, it's just me, the wife, and the dog.
