One of the creepiest things...

Probably when I had an older Vietnamese lady ask me to marry her daughter when I went to Subway. She had pictures of her, telling me how old she was, telling me what she liked, telling me to call her, etc, etc.

I was like thank you but no thank you then got the hell out of there.

The dude running the store at the corner of my street wanted to pay me $10k to marry his daughter to get her a green card. I told him I wasn't interested, but he would ask me if I was married yet every time he saw me after that. It was creepy and awkward af.

This isn't the creepiest thing though, vegy. Not sure I can post it in a safe way itt. I'll work on the wording and take a chance later tonight. If it gets modded, meh.

Older guy at the rest area I worked at. I thought he was just bring friendly, stopping in each night on his way home. He eventually got really pervy, following me around and pleasuring himself in plain view. I didn't really want to have him arrested, do I talked to him to try and get him to stop. That didn't help, and one night he followed me into the bathroom, blocked me in the corner, started pleasuring himself and telling me to do things to him. >_>

He sidestepped into a stall when someone else entered the room, and I locked myself in the office and finally got the police involved like I should have from the start. Then I switched job sites so he couldn't find me.

A couple of things.

One time I was in a crowded public bus. I was 17 at the time. I was standing and holding on the to bar. The buss was totally full. In walks in this old, fat, creepy man who squeezes in next to me. He kept pushing his body against mine and smiling creepily. He then touched my thigh. I moved to another bar, he followed me and pushed himself against me on my back. I was able to feel his hard on on my ass. It was disgusting. Finally a seat opened up and I ran for it and he smiled at me creepily until I got off. I always hated myself for not calling for help but I was young and just really panicked. I just went home and cried.

Another time, I was about 23. I was meeting friends at a caf. I parked my car but before I could get out, this huge truck parked next to me and 2 men jumped out. They seemed to be in their late 50s or 60s. They started leering at me. And then one guy just opened my driver door. I was in a complete panic, I thought they were going to attack me. But he held it open for me to get out. Then they both started following me, asking me where I was going, saying I should ditch my friends and have dinner with them. I was so scared I dropped my car keys and they startled chuckling and saying things like Awww dont worry honey, we wont hurt you but it was in a super creepy way.

Nothing near as bad as you guys, but weird old women keep grabbing my hair unexpectedly at work.

Its easy for me to say I'd try to kick his ass if dat happened to me, but it does sound really scary, sorry dat happened to you. Did the cops ever send him to jail?

I don't think so. I was supposed to press charges first, then we'd have to go to court over it. I tried my best to just forget about it and never did anything. The police officer did tell that they went to his house and confronted him over it, and that he wasn't allowed on the property any more.

Uhh creepiest thing was when a guy I told I wasnt interested in sex for a long time in a relationship was groping me and had me in a corner near my house kissing me. I didnt kiss back but I didnt move for a while.

A guy in my uni telling me he was friends with my mom, asking for a ride home, etc etc. eventually said my moms name though so I thought maybe its legit but why dont I know about it but I mean. My mom has been in my Facebook and Instagram and Snapchat but still whats the chances he actually saw any of that then saw me irl? So maybe he knew her somehow. Or he was in a class I took where I talked about her or something. Idk. It was weird.
But I had to say no and left. Weird feeling in my gut about it

Very easy to say when you werent in the situation. I was in a mall parking lot, with another parked car in front of me, my car shut off and key in hand. I wasnt expecting them to just open my door. It happened very quickly.

I did actually start carrying pepper spray after that lol. Ive been wanting to get a small handgun but concealed carry is almost impossible to get here. I dont have the pepper spray anymore though, sometimes I want to get some again.

I learned to be super aware of my surroundings though. A couple of years ago, I was exiting a mall. I noticed a man get up and start walking behind me. I was on my way to my car. He was about 15 feet behind me. It was obvious he was following. I slowed down to a turtle pace to see if hed pass me, but he slowed down too. I ended up just running back to the mall.

I really hate parking lots more than anything.

How about open carry?

In parking lots I tend to back in so I can get out easier. Helpful in regular situations since it is safer and very useful if you need to GTFO quickly.

I once had an instance of someone looking at me funny with their phone when I was in a mall parking lot. I just made like a rabbit and drove off.

Also once encountered someone on a desolate road wanting a jump walking in the middle of the road. I was alone so I went nope and just drove around him.

One time in buss it was only me and one weirdest guy i have ever seen in my entire life. He might had been handicapped or something. He had his eyes wide open, didn't seem to blink at all, had his mouth open too and he made weird moaning noises but didn't speak at all, didn't even respond to the driver when he said hello to him. He looked like a fucking zombie. He was a bit taller than me and bulky, with balding hair. The buss was completely empty, and where he decided to sit? just behind me. I was so creeped out i actually immediately switched seat far away from him and sat at the back of the buss. Next he gets up and turns to the back of the buss where i sat, and i stared him so intensively to make a point to not get fucking near me, so he just sat back down, lol.

Its not too big of an issue now though. My husband is usually driving and I dont shop at malls anymore.

I like that ideal of parking backwards! Im just not good at it lol. But good for you. And yeah no way should you have stopped for that guy.

I dont drive in big cities anymore if Im alone. I refuse to take public transportation. I dont even Uber by myself. Its all not too big of a deal because most of my friends are back in Canada anyway and Im usually with my husband when we go places now.

But yesterday he was supposed to drive me to my doctors appointment and had a meeting. He asked me to Uber. I refused, and just asked a coworker to drive me lol. Ive only posted just a few stories too, Ive had other creepy encounters.

Does your husband know how to back in? Maybe he can teach you. It isn't too difficult once you practice it a few times.

Still working on a 'safe for ce' version of that story, but I have others I can talk about.

In the locker room of the gym one afternoon and I was wrecked. Did way too much lifting. I'm walking around sore and this dude says, "Be careful, mine left a scar." I turn and he's winking at me and almost drooling. I was creeped out, but wanted to know wtf he was talking about. My back was to him, mind you, and he points to me and says, "Nipple rings."

I'm freaking out because I'd taken them both out before working out and they were in my bag, and I was wearing a shirt, so how the hell he knew was beyond me. I kind of nodded, panicked inside, agreed they could leave scars, and got the hell outta there as fast as I could, but I was so drained, plus the adrenaline freezing me up, I was super slow. Walking to the train station I realized he was behind me and I had this awful feeling in my gut, so I hopped into a Dunkin Donuts and went to the dude behind the counter and quickly explained that I felt unsafe due to this weirdo. He told me to go in the back with a worker and he let me stay there till a friend picked me up. I switched gyms after that.

I have another creepy gym story, but one is enough for now I think. Having gross flashbacks.

I can't remember anything creepy really happening recently, but there was a weird encounter I had as a kid that I sometimes still wonder about.

I was on a trip with my parents to a different city when I was maybe 7 or 8 years old, and said city had a large toy store. It was like multiple stories high. This was probably mid-late 90's.

I wandered off from my parents and was walking through an aisle looking at some action figures. Suddenly two or three adults approach me and kind of surround me, there was definitely at least one man and one woman.

The woman crouches down to be at eye level with me, and asks me what I'm looking at. I just kind of freeze. The man (or two men, I can't exactly remember how many, there was definitely at least one man) is standing behind me, and just asks "Are they good guys or the bad guys?"

I'm kind of freaked out and don't say anything to them (the whole "don't talk to strangers thing"). One of them asks if I'm scared of them. I remember kind of mumbling that I have to go find my mom and dad and just slip out of the circle and run away.

It's just weird and creeped me out at the time. I don't know for sure if they were planning on kidnapping me or something, but why just talk to a stranger kid like that when you're a group of adults? The weird thing is I vaguely remember at least one of them having the uniform of the store I was in on, like they worked there. Also pretty sure I never told my parents.

There are people who are related to me.
