Chock full of sugar and taurine to cover up the nasty caffeine taste and they screw with the electrolytes that make your heart function properly.

No one should drink them. If you need caffeine stick with coffee.

When I drink these I've never noticed a boost of energy. But the base energy-drink flavor is something I sort of enjoy...though for a price.

I gave it a 3, just because it's not the worst energy drink I've ever tried. They're just too expensive for what they do, I wish I'd realized this years earlier than I did. I just take a caffeine pill instead, I can buy a whole bottle of them for the same price as 3 energy drinks

You have to drink it in public or else it's not really cool. Or ya take pictures of it near your computer to show that you're a gamer who uses PED's, performance enhancing drugs.

Monster Rehabs are the only energy drink I ever buy, and that's only if I can find the pink lemonade or raspberry. The rojo tea flavor was the best tasting drink in a can I ever had but sadly, they stopped making them. If I can't find the rebabs, I won't buy a different kind. Every other one tastes like vodka and ass mixed in with club soda to me. So I voted 5, but as a whole, it'd be a two.
